This weekend Friday, October 27 through Saturday, October 28 Leading Watch Retailer, Little Treasury Jewelers is hosting its second Annual Time Out event at their store in Gambrills, MD.
The large two-day watch show, which premiered successfully last fall, highlights its entire selection of over 20 distinct fine watch brands, the largest in the region.
This year’s event will benefit the Oyster Recovery Partnership (ORP), an Annapolis based nonprofit that designs, promotes and implements shellfish ecological oyster restoration, aquaculture and commercial fishery activities to improve the environment and expand economic opportunities in the Chesapeake Bay, Coastal Bays and beyond.
Little Treasury co-owner Steve Hammalian says the store is known throughout the mid-Atlantic and nationally for its extensive line of Swiss, German, Japanese, and American-based watch offerings. “Watch enthusiasts who have moved beyond the popular big name watches and are looking for something more unique and suited to their personal style will now have a chance to talk with watchmakers and experience the brands directly,” Hammalian says.
“Each year we make this a very special event that explores the entire world of watches, from the mechanical works inside, watches and style, and how collectors can value their timepieces,” he said. “We are pleased we can also support ORP and contribute to a healthier cleaner Bay.”
On Saturday Little Treasury will offer the chance to compete in a watch wardrobe contest with valuable prizes, and the winner will receive a Frederique Constant watch. View the contest details here.
Guests will be able to spend quality time learning about the world of fine watches, will have the chance to meet representatives from their favorite brands, and gift bags will be presented to the first 50 customers each day, and door prizes will be awarded several times during the event.
