Laurent Ferrier’s Galet Micro-Rotor features the FBN Calibre 229.01, which is a self-winding mechanical movement. The vertical satin-brushed silver-toned dial displays hours, minutes and small seconds at six o’clock. Also on the dial are 18K white gold drop-shaped hour-markers and a 18K gold balanced baton-shaped seconds hand. There is an oscillating micro-rotor in guilloche 18K gold, a shock-absorption system and a double direct-impulse escapement within the movement. The watch has a power reserve of 72 hours. The Galet Micro-Rotor comes in a variety of case, strap and dial options, available to look at here.
